We want you to buy in confidence from MAK-IT-Solutions so we want to make the process easy for you; we are a distance seller and therefore depend on Couriers to ship goods back and forth so please bear this in mind. Please note that in the event that we need to send you a replacement we will need to receive the goods back from you BEFORE we can dispatch another unit.

If you receive your product not working from damage in transit or within 90 days of receipt your product develops a problem you are entitled to a replacement ( stock dependant) or a RTB full refund at your choice. The RTB Full refund only applies within 14 days of receipt of order. This does not cover software and download related issues, third party repaired items, and items modified in any way.

All Returned Items will be processed and checked by our returns team. Refunds are then made within 7 working days to the payment method used originally.
You will be refunded in full for the cost of your order; you are responsible for the cost of returning the item back to us (RTB).
Business Customers are not able to cancel orders once dispatched.
In the event that you have a problem with your order please call us as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the fault. Depending on the issue we may be able to resolve it over the phone or arrange for the unit to be collected from you. Please call [020 8638 6807 ].
If you have received a unit that develops a fault during your warranty period please contact us to resolve.
MAK IT Solutions Warranties DO NOT cover batteries as we are not able to guarantee the length of charge held. Standard warranty on refurbished items is three months; unless otherwise stated in the product description.
The warranty covers hardware related issues only. Accidental damage is not covered. Screen damage and cosmetic damage aren't covered either.
Warranties are Return To Base, this means after seven working days it is the customer's responsibility to return the unit back to our Company Address.
We will endeavour to Repair or Replace your order and ship it back to you within seven working days of receipt.
